If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing your order. To cancel please contact us at email@example.com
PLEASE NOTE: Any orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled. Your order will then fall under our Returns Policy.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We promise to refund or exchange any print you are not completely happy with when you return it to us within 30 days of purchase, unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
If you receive a print which is damaged, defective or incomplete, please inform us within 14 days of receipt so that we may arrange for a replacement print to be dispatched to you as soon as possible.

On receipt of your returned print, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. Your returned print will then be fully inspected and, following approval, your refund will be processed. A credit will subsequently be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
To expedite your refund or exchange, we kindly request that when shipping any print/s back to us you insert a covering note detailing your name, address and order number, along with your email address or other contact information and the reason for your return. This will enable us to process your refund or exchange more quickly and easily.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable. We also strongly advise you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned print and we will not accept liability for any prints lost in transit. A refund or exchange can only be authorised following our receipt of your original returned print.
